Hiking Econ River Wilderness Area

This is really more of an afternoon stroll than a hike. Definitely worth taking a look. Very well maintained trails through this area; there are very few roots to trip over, and the paths are clearly marked.  The trail is a double loop that starts at the parking area through some high shrubs.  The first part is almost like hedge maze.  From there there is a small bridge that leads up to the part of the trail that takes you to the Econlockhatchee river, and then back. 

This is a nice place to bring visiting friends and family for an after dinner stroll to see the river.
